2. Can I replace my Aftershock battery with higher capacity?
No, we can only replace with the same Aftershock Battery capacity.
3. Where can I find out my Aftershock Model Number?
The model number can be found at the bottom laptop casing.
4. Can I upgrade my Aftershock laptop and desktop?
Most Aftershock laptop and desktop support SSD and Ram Upgrade. For graphic card and motherboard upgrades, only Desktop would be possible. You can contact us to check the compatibility.
5. Can I repair Aftershock motherboard instead of replacing it with a new one?
Yes, we perfom laptop motherboard repair and Desktop motherboard repair instead of replacing it since the cost will be 2-4 times more when you purchase a new one. 6. Can I have two SSDs installed in my Aftershock laptop?
Yes, if your Aftershock laptop has 2 SSDs slots, SSD upgrade would be possible. Usually, Aftershock gaming laptop has one 2.5″ SSD slots and one PCIE NVME SSD slots. Contact us to find out more
7. Why is my Aftershock laptop always so hot?
Overheating! There are a few reasons this may happens. Faulty fan, not enough thermal paste, dusty internal components, battery issue or motherboard issue. To confirm, we provide FREE diagnostic check for out of warranty Aftershock laptops.
8. Why my Aftershock laptop cannot turn on?
There are a few possibilities, but most of the time, it is a motherboard issue. Other issues could include a faulty charger, a faulty Aftershock battery, or a keyboard issue (when the power button is located at the top right corner of the keyboard

Great location. About 5 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT. Plenty of street parking around the building but if not available, there’s ample paid parking withiin the building compound. Counter stuff was efficient and professional. Sent in a Macbook Pro for a battery change and it was ready in 48hrs. Cost appears to be quite reasonable.

This has been an awesome experience. Ming from Volta has been extremely responsive and to the point, about what can or cannot be done (Unfortunately my laptop truly died with a burnt mainboard, and will cost more than buying a new laptop should i want to force a repair). Assessment was quick, and Company does not hardsell and does not charge any assessment fee if no repair is proceeded with. They managed to recover my data for a nominal fee which i was more than glad to proceed with. Backup/SDD transfer took just about 1 hour. Dont hesitate, just call them.

Had a Aftershock laptop which is 6 years old with screen issues, brought it to Aftershock but they were unable to do anything about it as they don’t carry this model anymore. Brought it to Volta and voila, they completed the screen replacement for me on the same day that I left my laptop over. Replacement was completed neatly and professionally with no damages to the laptop or any sort.Will definitely recommend to have your laptop check and/or fixed at Volta.Couldn’t express my gratitude enough, thanks again Volta!

Had PC freezing issue for my custom built PC for a long time, unable to do self diagnosis, decided to give it a try and send to Volta PC. They are very professional and able to correctly diagnose the CPU was faulty. They also carry some ready stocks for parts that are faulty to replace, if not, they can help you to order from supplier and give you a quote, so it’s one-stop shop for easy of mind. bought a custom build computer online at their website and selected the self collection at jurong option, computer took way longer than expected to get ready(2-3 weeks) and in the end i was told to go collect it at their tai seng branch which was really far away,poor service,dont go there

Horrible service, Don’t fix at Volta! The touch bar does not properly light up even after they claimed to have fixed. And the touch pad is also not functioning properly. Do not go to this scamming Volta store to fix. Also this stupid ugly employee is extremely rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to explaining to that idiot. That stupid ugly employee looks like a mentally retarded nerd wearing spectacles and is skinny.

Had my desktop sent here as it stopped working during an intense gaming session.Ken is very passionate about computer parts/ installation/ overall look for the desktop and willing to share his expertise. I cracked my laptop screen on Friday and went to contact Volta PC to ask for their price and whether it can be fixed. Went to fix my Lenovo Laptop, diagnosed with a SSD issue. Great, got fixed.Not even one month later, entire laptop fails to boot.Take it to a friend who knows about parts, he opens and the motherboard is fried. Thermal paste is all over the place, overheated the motherboards chips. Costed over $200 in repairs for this.Image attached is how it looks from a friend who got a repasting here.Do not recommend, overpriced and ruins your stuff.

Went in for a Lenovo screen change as a line was running across it and showing doubles whenever I scrolled. Service guy was friendly and fixed it in about an hour. Repair work is great. Charged $355. Screen is now clearer than ever. Would recommend.
