5 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT. Long story short I replaced my old laptop wifi card but messed up the installation as I forced the antennae pin onto the card itself and found this laptop repair shop to replace my laptop wifi card.Walked in at around 5.30pm, expected it’ll take 2 days repair as I came on Tuesday and they close every Wednesday but service was fast and it was done in an hour.Great service (didn’t get his name) and my laptop can connect to wifi and bluetooth! Superb!

Great location. About 5 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT. Plenty of street parking around the building but if not available, there’s ample paid parking withiin the building compound. Counter stuff was efficient and professional. Sent in a Macbook Pro for a battery change and it was ready in 48hrs. Cost appears to be quite reasonable.

This has been an awesome experience. Ming from Volta has been extremely responsive and to the point, about what can or cannot be done (Unfortunately my laptop truly died with a burnt mainboard, and will cost more than buying a new laptop should i want to force a repair). Assessment was quick, and Company does not hardsell and does not charge any assessment fee if no repair is proceeded with. They managed to recover my data for a nominal fee which i was more than glad to proceed with. Backup/SDD transfer took just about 1 hour. Dont hesitate, just call them.

I had issues with my laptop screen. Found an affordable laptop repair shop online and the communication was very quick, the techinican was very patient in answering my questions. Had a Aftershock laptop which is 6 years old with screen issues, brought it to Aftershock but they were unable to do anything about it as they don’t carry this model anymore. Brought it to Volta and voila, they completed the screen replacement for me on the same day that I left my laptop over. Replacement was completed neatly and professionally with no damages to the laptop or any sort.Will definitely recommend to have your laptop check and/or fixed at Volta.Couldn’t express my gratitude enough, thanks again Volta!

Had PC freezing issue for my custom built PC for a long time, unable to do self diagnosis, decided to give it a try and send to Volta PC. They are very professional and able to correctly diagnose the CPU was faulty. They also carry some ready stocks for parts that are faulty to replace, if not, they can help you to order from supplier and give you a quote, so it’s one-stop shop for easy of mind. JC helped to explained my queries at collection and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice to chat with. Definitely will get their service again in the future 👍

bought a custom build computer online at their website and selected the self collection at jurong option, computer took way longer than expected to get ready(2-3 weeks) and in the end i was told to go collect it at their tai seng branch which was really far away,poor service,dont go there

Had my desktop sent here as it stopped working during an intense gaming session.Ken is very passionate about computer parts/ installation/ overall look for the desktop and willing to share his expertise. He is very patient at explaining the issues and what other potential troubles to look out for after the fix.Got together some parts (power supply, GPU and fan cooler) myself and Ken installed them within a day at a cost of $95.He also looked through the temperature of the CPU and GPU, cleaned up the interior, and updated my motherboard, graphics card and Windows software.A huge thanks for helping and teaching me!

2nd time returning to repair my laptop, 1st time was in 2021 for a software issue, and this time for a hinge repair, at both times, the staff at the store was always knowledgeable and professional, giving us a peace of mind knowing that my laptop will be in good hands.free diagnosis followed by options of repair for you to select, price is reasonable as well, 10/10 would recommend.

I cracked my laptop screen on Friday and went to contact Volta PC to ask for their price and whether it can be fixed. The next day l went to their shop and luckily the screen can be replaced and it is done within a few hours. I collected back my laptop on that day itself too. Thank you for the excellent service 😄

The JE outlet has a Tech named Ken. Very knowledgeable and helpful as well. His customer service skills is on par with those in retail. The company itself is very professional and their cost does not burn a hole in your pocket. They are your friendly neighbourhood PC repair shop. Kudos!

Went to fix my Lenovo Laptop, diagnosed with a SSD issue. Great, got fixed.Not even one month later, entire laptop fails to boot.Take it to a friend who knows about parts, he opens and the motherboard is fried. Thermal paste is all over the place, overheated the motherboards chips. Costed over $200 in repairs for this.Image attached is how it looks from a friend who got a repasting here.Do not recommend, overpriced and ruins your stuff.

Ken took the time to harmonize expectations on results of cleaning. Did not hard sell / up sell. Understood the problem and suggested specific and targeted solutions. Awesome experience!Went back to Ken a few weeks later due to a recurring problem while gaming, Ken spent the time to patiently explain and engage on what the possibilities are and the solution that he deeply researched. After a few trials and error tuning parameters, it works great!!!

Went in for a Lenovo screen change as a line was running across it and showing doubles whenever I scrolled. Service guy was friendly and fixed it in about an hour. Repair work is great. Charged $355. Screen is now clearer than ever. Would recommend.
